Returns

We hope you love your Another Girl purchase! Changed your mind? No problem. You can return items within 14 days of receiving them.

How to Return:

1. Click [Another Girl Returns Centre], enter your email and order number.
2. Choose to receive a refund, exchange, or get store credit (we’ll add 15% extra if you choose store credit!).
3. Drop off your parcel at the post office using the Royal Mail label or QR code. Keep your receipt until your return is processed.

• £4.50 will be deducted from refunds to cover Royal Mail return costs.
• International customers: Use our returns portal but arrange your own shipping.

Returns Policy Details:

• Sale Items
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange, or store credit only (no credit bonus), unless faulty.

• Full-Price Items
  • Refund to original payment method, exchange, or store credit (with a 15% bonus if you choose credit).

• Original Condition Requirements
  All returns must be:
  • Unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Free from make-up, pet hair, deodorant, perfume, fake tan, body lotions, or odours

Processing Time:

Returns are processed within 10 working days of receiving your parcel. The refund method selected in the portal cannot be changed after submission.
