We hope you love your Another Girl purchase! Changed your mind? No problem. You can return items within 14 days of receiving them.
How to Return:

Visit the [Returns Portal Here] and enter your email and order number.

Choose a refund, exchange, or store credit (get an extra 15% added if you choose credit!).

UK Customers: Use the Royal Mail label or QR code provided. A £4.50 fee will be deducted from refunds to cover return shipping.

International Customers: Please use the portal to register your return in our system, but you must arrange and pay for your own return shipping.
International Duties & Taxes All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so there are no surprise fees on delivery. While we refund the item value, please note that import duties and taxes are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to customs authorities and are non-recoverable.

Full-Price Items: Refund, exchange, or store credit (+15% bonus).

Sale Items: Exchange or store credit only (no bonus), unless faulty.

Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and free from makeup, pet hair, perfume, or odors.
Processing Time: Returns are processed within 10 working days of arrival. Once submitted in the portal, your chosen refund method cannot be changed.
