Returns
We hope you love your Another Girl purchase! Changed your mind? No problem. You can return items within 14 days of receiving them.
How to Return:
- Click [Another Girl Returns Centre], enter your email and order number.
- Choose to receive a refund, exchange, or get store credit (we’ll add 15% extra if you choose store credit!).
- Drop off your parcel at the post office using the Royal Mail label or QR code. Keep your receipt until your return is processed.
- £4.50 will be deducted from refunds to cover Royal Mail return costs.
- International customers: Use our returns portal but arrange your own shipping.

Sale Items
- Sale items are eligible for exchange, or store credit only (no credit bonus), unless faulty.

Full-Price Items
- Refund to original payment method, exchange, or store credit (with a 15% bonus if you choose credit).

Original Condition Requirements
All returns must be:- Unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
- Free from make-up, pet hair, deodorant, perfume, fake tan, body lotions, or odours
Processing Time:
Returns are processed within 10 working days of receiving your parcel. The refund method selected in the portal cannot be changed after submission.
