We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the item. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in perfect condition with all tags remaining or they will not be accepted for a refund.

Return for a refund, exchange for a different size or item or if you opt for store credit we'll add 15% to your credit.
- Take your parcel to the local post office with the Royal Mail label or QR code. Keep your return receipt until refund/exchange is processed. Note: £4.50 is deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the Royal Mail Returns label / code.
* international customers may use our returns portal however returns labels are not provided. All international customers must arrange their own returns.
- All returns requesting an exchange, refund to the original payment method or to a Gift card, will be processed within 15 working days of receiving your return parcel.
By accepting our terms and conditions within the returns portal, you have confirmed to receive your refund in the form which was selected (i.e. a store credit ). Therefore we are unable to change the form of refund you selected (i.e. store credit ) to another/ the original payment method.
