Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, there will be no "surprise" invoices upon delivery. We pay these import duties and taxes on your behalf to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Please note that while we are happy to refund the cost of the item, import duties and taxes are non-recoverable. These fees are paid directly to your local customs authorities at the moment your package enters the country.

In the event of a return:

• You will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s).
• The specific portion of your payment used to cover import duties and taxes cannot be refunded, as these funds are already held by the government.
