We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the item.  All items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in perfect condition with all tags remaining.

We ask that you take care when trying garments on as items returned back to us in an unwearable, damaged condition, will not be accepted for a refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Another Girl and will not be refunded with your order. Pease ensure that any items returned are sent via a Royal Mail Tracked Service, as we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit.

Returns will be processed within 48 hrs of receiving the goods and will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
